Hey y’all, this is the lead-in to my monthly newsletter that will start going out on the first of each month. It will be a quick grab-bag of everything I’ve been working on and taking in over the past month, plus a preview into what’s coming down the pipe. Thanks for following along and reading my words, it truly means the world to me!

~ Brightwork ~

The place for all things woodworking! I make some of my own things, but mostly this is for any type of wood creation that I encounter that needs to be shared!

~ The Needle Drop ~

Music! Here I’ll be sharing my record reviews, including new releases and albums that I just love. The first album for this series is going to be “Black Ribbons” by Shooter Jennings, the album that made me want to talk about music in the first place!

~ Cinema Superlatives ~

I’ve done this before, but I’m bringing it back! Movies are my real passion, and I love combing through them and finding fun ways to talk about the films we all love! The first movie we’ll give awards to is the movie winning them all on Sunday’s, Sinners! After that, toward the end of the month, and close to the release of the sequel, we’ll do the Super Mario Brothers movie!

~ Novel Notions ~

This section will be two-fold, both for talking about my own writing, and also talking about the books I’m reading. This will be more of a quick review/recommendation section than an actual, full-blown deep dive.

~ Wanderings ~

And lastly, my travels! I have a pretty busy work schedule this month, so I’m not sure how much travel I’ll squeeze in, but next month I’m going to Ireland, so there will be plenty to share!
